(1) The reporting person received restricted stock units ("RSUs") on June 7, 2022, having a value equal to approximately $150,000 based on the closing price per share of the Issuer's common stock on June 6, 2022. The RSUs will fully vest on June 7, 2023, the one-year anniversary of the vesting commencement date, upon which the RSUs will be settled by delivery of shares of common stock.
