Item 7.01.

Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 7, 2021, Janus International Group, Inc. (formerly known as Janus Parent, Inc. (the “Company”)) and Juniper Industrial Holdings, Inc. (“Juniper”) issued a joint press release announcing the closing of the Company’s previously-announced business combination with Juniper (the “Closing”), whereby Juniper became a direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. In connection with the Closing, the Company’s name was changed from “Janus Parent, Inc.” to “Janus International Group, Inc.”
