Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 14, 2023, Janus International Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will make a voluntary prepayment of $35 million toward that certain First Lien Credit and Guarantee Agreement, dated as of February 12, 2018 (as amended to date, the “First Lien Term Loan”), which will be made effective on or about July 19, 2023. The Company believes that the $35 million payment will be made using cash on hand and will reduce the principal amount of the First Lien Term Loan from approximately $660 million to approximately $625 million.
