18. Significant Estimates and Concentrations Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require disclosure of certain significant estimates and current vulnerabilities due to certain concentrations. Those matters include the following: General Litigation From time to time, we are involved in various lawsuits, claims, and legal proceedings that arise in the ordinary course of business. These matters involve, among other things, disputes with vendors or customers, personnel and employment matters, and personal injury. We assess these matters on a case-by-case Self-Insurance Under the Company’s workers’ compensation insurance program, coverage is obtained for catastrophic exposures under which the Company retains a portion of certain expected losses. The Company has stop loss workers’ compensation insurance for claims in excess of $200 as of April 2, 2022 and January 1, 2022, respectively. Provision for losses expected under this program is recorded based upon the Company’s estimates of the aggregate liability for claims incurred and totaled approximately $467 and $383 as of April 2, 2022, and January 1, 2022, respectively. The amount of actual losses incurred could differ materially from the estimates reflected in these consolidated financial statements. Under the Company’s health insurance program, coverage is obtained for catastrophic exposures under which the Company retains a portion of certain expected losses. The Company has stop loss insurance for claims in excess of $250 and $250 as of April 2, 2022 and January 1, 2022, respectively. Provision for losses expected under this program is recorded based upon the Company’s estimates of the aggregate liability for claims incurred and totaled approximately $1,710 and $1,539 as of April 2, 2022 and January 1, 2022, respectively. The amount of actual losses incurred could differ materially from the estimates reflected in these consolidated financial statements. |

It is the opinion of management that the disposition or ultimate resolution of such claims and lawsuits will not have a material adverse effect on the consolidated financial position, results of operations and cash flows of the Company.
